Order cut-off time: Orders made before 1:00 PM will be delivered by 7:00 PM on the same day. For orders made after 1:00 PM, expect delivery the next day by 1:00 PM.

Taxes & Duties
For POLAND orders:

Taxes are already included in the price, so you won’t need to worry about any additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
For International orders:

Your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local government regulations. The payment made for your order does not include these taxes and duties.

Any charges on the parcel must be paid by the person/company receiving the parcel. The courier company may reach out for official documents such as tax invoices or proof of payment to facilitate customs clearance if required by local authorities.

Note: Gifts will still need to go through standard import procedures, as determined by the customs laws in each destination country, and are taxable if the value of the gift exceeds the local threshold.

House of Posh has no control over these charges and is unable to advise on what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current import charges before placing your order to confirm your local tax and duty fees.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking information via email. You can keep track on the parcel's route and activities while it makes its way to you.

Guarantee
Yes, all House of Posh products come with a guarantee:

Polish: 2 years guarantee.

Stones: We do not cover stones that come out after purchase under the guarantee.

Personal damage or mishandling that leads to breakage, bending, or scratching of the jewellery.

Guarantee Claim Procedure:
To make a claim, please provide valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order number. Contact our customer service team, who will assist you through the evaluation process and explore potential solutions.-
Return & Exchange
It is our responsibility to ensure all orders are processed correctly.
In the event of receiving the wrong or faulty product(s), we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for the correct product(s). Kindly inform us via email to support@houseofposh.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
The courier costs for returning the products will be borne by us.

Jewellery Care
Storing Your Jewellery:

Store your jewelry flat and away from direct sunlight when not in use.

After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box to prevent tarnishing and damage.
Care for Brass and Silver Jewellery:

Brass and silver jewelry require more maintenance due to their delicate nature.

To preserve the finishes on plated jewelry, avoid contact with water, perfumes, moisturizers, and cleaning products.

When getting ready, put your jewelry on last to minimize exposure to harmful substances.

Keeping your brass or silver jewelry in a dry spot, such as a jewelry box, or wrapped in an anti-tarnish cloth and/or an anti-tarnish bag is essential to maintaining its shine and quality.
Cleaning Your Jewellery:

For general cleaning, use only non-gel toothpaste. Apply a small amount to the jewelry with a soft toothbrush or rag, then rub it off after about 5 minutes. Rinse well with warm water and wipe dry.

For Indian jewelry, which often features intricate designs and stones, avoid using abrasive cleaners. Instead, use a soft, damp cloth to gently clean it, and store it separately from other metals to prevent scratches.
